About the Event

Understanding of Reparative/Restorative Justice in Albany Region

This initiative is a collaboration between Siena College’s ACE program, The Center for Law and Justice, and The Alice Moore Black Arts and Cultural Center. Together, we are dedicated to exploring how residents of the Albany region understand and engage with reparative and restorative justice.

Through community-centered survey research, we aim to uplift local voices, highlight the importance of healing and accountability, and build pathways toward justice that are rooted in equity and care. Our work is grounded in the belief that true justice begins with listening, learning, and repairing harm—together.
