About the Event
Celebrating 40 Years of Justice, Advocacy & Community
This year marks the 40th anniversary of the Center for Law and Justice — four decades of standing with and fighting for marginalized communities impacted by systemic injustice. Founded on the principles of equity, compassion, and transformation, we’ve worked tirelessly to challenge mass incarceration, amplify community voices, and push for meaningful reform in the criminal legal system. From courtroom advocacy to policy work, this milestone is a reflection of the power of grassroots change — and the people who’ve made it possible.
Who Should Attend?
If Dr. Alice P. Green was a pillar in your life like she was for us then we encourage you to attend. Hosted by The Center for Law and Justice and Alice Moore Black Arts and Cultural Center. Come and join us for an evening of laughter, reminiscing, engagement and more.
