Trauma Informed Care Training

Albany County Crime Victim and Sexual Violence Center in partnership with CFLJ and AMBACC will be providing a Trauma Informed Care Training: A Trauma Informed Approach focuses on safety, trust and transparency to prevent re-traumatization and create a sense of empowerment.    

This training educates community based organizations on how their teams can better recognize, understand and respond to trauma and gain better insight on the impact trauma has on an individual's mental, physical and emotional health.
