About the Event

Importance of the Reparations Panel at Alice Moore Black Arts Cultural Center

The upcoming reparations panel on April 10th at the Alice Moore Black Arts Cultural Center is a significant event for several reasons:

1. Acknowledgment of Historical Injustices

This panel aims to address the historical injustices faced by the Black community, recognizing the long-lasting impacts of slavery, segregation, and systemic racism.

2. Community Engagement

The event provides a platform for community members to engage in meaningful discussions about reparations, fostering a sense of solidarity and collective understanding.
